2. when you are becoming or have become a client:

The purpose is to provide you with the service you have purchased and the lawful basis is contract. 

3. when you are attending an event:

The purpose is to ensure your participation and in some cases invoicing. The lawful basis for this is contract. We may also take pictures of you or record you during an event the purpose is document the event and promote it. The lawful purpose is legitimate interest. 

4. Friends of TransPr!v4cy:

The purpose is to provide participants to our events with relevant information such as presentations, assessments etc. The lawful basis for this is legitimate interest.

Your data will also be processed, where relevant, for compliance with legal obligations. 

Your data will be shared with partners and service providers for the purpose above.

In some cases you may receive marketing or information. The lawful basis for this is legitimate interest.

Your data will be deleted once none of the purposes above are applicable, or where you have the right to request the deletion of your data.
